Right to return/change
In case the product is defective, the customer has the right to the following options free of charge:
- product repair
- product replacement
- price reduction corresponding to the defect
- sale cancellation
The customer has the right to request the repair or replacement of the product free of charge, provided that:
- There is an error in the shipment, i.e. a product different from the one ordered has been delivered, or the quantity is wrong, or the product is defective or the packaging is damaged.
- When returning a product which was not included in the order, it must not have been used and it must still be packaged in the condition that you received it.
- In all cases, the product must be returned along with all its original supporting documents (purchase receipt, guarantee, instructions for use) and in its original packaging.
Returns are carried out through the postal company indicated to the customers by Goldin and they are charged to Goldin.
The consumer has the right to cancel without stating the reason within fourteen (14) calendar days, if a longer deadline has not been agreed upon, by returning the product in its original conditions, free of any charge, except for the return costs. The said deadline starts from the moment the products are received. In case the consumer exercises the cancellation right, the supplier is obliged to return the amounts paid by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days.
The customer has the right to cancel provided that:
- NO special order had been made for the product, such as wedding rings, modifications, or products not included in our catalog.
- The customer has filled in and sent the relevant cancellation form provided when placing the order.
- The product has not been worn or used beyond being tried out, no pieces have been removed from the product and no modifications have been carried out on the jewels.
- The ”Gold in” tags and product labels have not been removed or damaged in any way.
- All supporting documents of the product have been returned, such as the guarantee, instructions for use and the purchase receipt.
- The product has been sent in the package in which it was received.
The “Gold in” e-shop is not responsible for any loss or damage to the product during the return transportation.
In the event that the products are returned damaged or in case of missing parts, the “Gold in” e-shop has the right to request compensation from the customer, the amount of which shall be determined based on the product condition, and to unilaterally set off part of its claim against the customer's claim.
